Lirac 2021 Verdejo le cépage ribolla gialla –A blend of Grenache, Mourvdre, and Clairette from Lirac the appellation that extends along the north of Tavel grown on a limestone terroir. Vinification in whole clusters with light maceration, then aged for 18 months in demi muids. A remarkable red wine, offering intense fruit, precise structure and complexity. Smooth, elegant texture on the palate, perfectly balanced by its subtle note of minerality.
