Bottled at 47% abv in early 2019, it blends only select malt whiskies from the distillery, which were given a red wine cask finish, and from around the world. This step was necessary because the distillery hadn't yet produced enough whisky to warrant a bottling with whiskies from its own distillery. Amahagan is simply Nagahama spelled backwards.
