With a complete conversion to organic farming in 2010, the vines are cultivated without synthetic products. The wine is made primarily from Petit Manseng grapes, with precise vinification involving a 32 day fermentation and aging on lees in tanks, 20% of which is spent in barrels, for 6 months, to develop remarkable aromatic complexity.
