One remembers a card from their package. Without any suspicious moves, the magician causes three cards to travel from the second spectator's packet into the first. In the end: The second spectator is left with only 7 cards. The first spectator now holds 13 cards including the very card the second spectator merely thought of. Simple. Direct.
