perrrrfect plaid skirt in beautiful condition (with the exception of one tiny tiny burn hole that is basically undetectable )

and the waist is quite firmly at 26 inches

waist fits 30-36 inches

the tag barely exists anymore it’s just a little white strip there’s nothing on it but i would call it a size L or XL
