Adding color Now that our character is fully dressed, its time to ink and color the illustration as we like

Despite actually having pretty nice weather until late January, the past few weeks the have left a lot to be desired (I was snowed in for 3 days last week!)

Rather than long ruffles that traverse the dress from side to side, smaller pieces of paper are used to create smaller ruffles that cluster together for an overall patchwork ruffled effect
