Made from 94% Merlot and 6% Cabernet Franc harvested from organically farmed vines, the wine saw 12 months aging in French oak barrels. 60% were new and 40% were second use. Dark ruby red in color, it presents generous notes of blueberry, black plum, tobacco, mint and baking spice. Full body and mouth filling tannins make this a wine for the dinner table. Although
