Vintage Brass and Wood Cigarette Dispenser cigar cutter except the clock clock mechanismc. 1930s cigarette dispenser appears to be made of an unpainted brass body with a small carved wooden bird. The device is operated via the two levers which push the bird forward while simultaneously dispensing a cigarette from the box. The cigarette can then be retrieved from the birds mouth. 7" W x 4" D x 4" H Please refer to photos regarding condition.
