Medagla Soy 70 %, 25 g. Chuno Triple Turned 70 %Made with soy from the Wakayama Prefecture in Japan. It's made with a mild, dried soy, so it is kind of like flaky salt. The umami flavour gives a savoury touch to the Medagla chocolate which is already quite a savoury chocolate. It is a sweet 70 % chocolate, but gives a lot of notes from the salty cuisine.
