Made and signed by Todd Young. Near mint condition. All sections are full length with minor sets in the tips. Beautifully varnished mottle flamed cane with transparent chestnut colored wraps. Black wraps with chestnut tipping at the ferrules. The script is clean and bold. It reads, First flat: Paul H. Young Co. Second Flat:
