Holy Goat La Luna Ring _badge_Latest_Arrival Jamberoo Mountain blue is aRegarded as one of Australias best cheeses, La Luna is a farmhouse dairy using Organic certified milk. A nod of inspiration to French style soft goats cheeses, Carla Meurs and Ann Marie Monda hand make this smooth and silky cheese using non animal rennet. Flavours are fresh and citric. The enticing wrinkly rind appearance is gentle. Note that sometimes to times, we need to substitute the La Luna (pictured) by the smaller ashed version, Brigid's well.
