Downs Red All Florelie dahlias were bredDowns Red is a small to medium fluffy red fimbriated cactus type. To me it looks like a giant red sea anemone, a very fun one to grow. Very striking in the garden and decent as a cut flower. Medium height plants. Bred in Australia by Ray Grant. It has a vase life of 4 5 days.
