Pancreatin, 4X Powder Package Size:100 g The products listed herein arePancreatin is a combination of several digestive enzymes produced by the porcine pancreas (i. e. hog pancreas), including amylase, trypsin, lipase, ribonuclease and protease etc. This mixture of enzymes allows it to efficiently hydrolyze proteins, starch and fats, and thus it is widely used for in vitro digestibility analysis. According to U. S. Pharmacopeia (USP), pancreatin will convert not less than 25 times its weight of potato starch into soluble
