These reels were made in the late 1940's and early 1950's. A black frame with silver pillars, foot, and spool. The spool has an off set drag adjuster knob just off the center which turns it from essentially freespooling to a firm click on the inbound and outbound. I can't tell which hand wind the retrieve is as the drag feels neutrally biased to me. An interesting reel for
