Aromas of sea spray, pine resin, aniseed, toffee, orange zest, cayenne pepper, charcoal and stewed fruit mingle with wisps of woodsmoke on the nose, complemented by notes of sweet peat smoke, tar, treacle, aniseed, walnuts, clove and bitter almonds throughout the palate,
