Late 19th Century Ornate Brass Call Bell Becks beer muscle tonec. 1870s 1880s Ornate brass call bell. Patent marked on the top of the bell as August 15, 1868. Other dates noted are "Feb. 3. 1870" which happens to be the date the 15th Amendment was ratified giving African American men the right to vote, and "Apr. 8. 1870" which was the day the Ku Klux Klan Act of 1870, also known as the Enforcement Act, was enacted by Congress.
