Botivo White blackcurrant and a bit ofA wonderful non alcoholic aperitif with a bittersweet backbone, and pronounced herbal and citrus notes. Drinks like the best vermouths, but without the alcohol. Made using a base of aged apple cider vinegar, Botivo is infused with rosemary, thyme, gentian, wormwood and orange zest, and balanced out with the addition of honey. Serve over ice with soda, sparkling water or tonic and a slice of orange for a simple and supremely delicious cocktail.
