Pauletts Riesling 2023 Church Road A collaboration between the TheBrilliant very pale straw colour with a distinctive tinge of green around the edges and a watery hue. Intense lemon and lime aromas laced with talc jump from the glass followed by orange rind and slatey mineral end notes. Mouth watering flavours of lemon and lime dominate the palate giving it a zesty feel. Excellent concentration with underlying nuances of orange rind, wet steel and mineral also evident. Finishes dry with crisp, crunchy like acidity.
