It was found in North Carolina and has been restored and seasoned three times with organic beef tallow and is ready for you to use. Amazing gift idea for someone that appreciates craftmanship and cooking at the same time. A great sized pan for those not willing to lift the heavy newer cast iron. There is a unique "slag" button on the outside surface up near the top.
