Early Spanish Renaissance Bronze Mortar and Pestle screen Width 22 Depth 17 HeightDETAILS Found in France, this antique mortar and pestle reflect a form common to the 16th century. The mortar was formed with a flared rim and slightly extended base. The body displays raised vertical, ridged bars, resembling half pilasters, surrounding the piece.
