Zaria Sparkling Rose 2024 Dune In Too Deep is a2024 marks the debut vintage for Zaria's Sparkling Ros. Pristine Merlot was harvested in the first week of March and pressed off shortly thereafter to minimize colour extraction. After cold settling over night the clear juice was racked into stainless steel tanks for a cool ferment at around 14 degrees Celsius. A watchful eye was kept toward the end of ferment so that they could capture just the right amount of residual sweetness in the wine.
