It adaxial (frontside) of the leaf has a distinctly iridescent olive green color as it open ups and it darkens to a deep green over time

The emerging leaves have red hues and the pitchers have varying colors and spots. We expect them to develop strong waists and domed lids like clipeata as they mature.
