醸造方法：10月前半に手摘みされたブドウは、25-28℃の温度管理の下、15-20日間ステンレスタンクにて発酵、その後6カ月間瓶内熟成。

Years of experience have shown that the historic French varietal Merlot, grown in the Ulmo vineyard near Lake Arancio, produces an ideal wine that beautifully expresses this terroir. Although it is an international varietal cultivated worldwide, this Merlot, grown in southwestern Sicily, has become a wonderful expression of Sicilian character with excellent aging potential.
