醸造方法:  8月下旬～9月上旬に収穫されたブドウはソフトプレスされ、アルコール発酵は管理された温度下で行われます。再発酵の段階で約50％のフリーラン果汁が加えられ、マルティノッティ（シャルマ）方式で造られます。
