It ferments and matures in 500 liter French oak barrels for nine months. Mellow peaches,apricots, honey, orange peel,lemon and bergamot in the nose. The barrel is almost imperceptible, giving notes of vanilla and butter caramel. A gastronomical wine with intense personality to accompany pork based dishes,duck,turkey, fish or mature cheeses.
