This is a singular expression of sugar cane grown at the 'New Bacolet' farm, and shows the spirit forward style of the distillery. There are distinctive notes of sugar cane juice and fermented qualities (apples), following up with fruity toffee apple, raisin and freshly sawn, sweet oak spice. 700mL
