Crafted in 14k yellow gold, this ring features a lovely heart shaped shell cameo held within a bezel setting. The cameo depicts the side portrait of a woman with her hair in a loose, tousled updo. The woman is depicted in flowing garments, and a dainty flower is located next to her. The remainder of the heart shaped centerpiece is decorated with milgrain detailing, and the remainder of the band is
