Bosscal Mezcal is produced by 4th generation Mezcalero Uriel Simental Enriquez and his right hand distiller Alan Hernandez. They hand select and use mountain grown durangensis agaves and use only traditional and artisanal production methods. The agave is wild grown, free of pesticides and hand picked at age. Each plant is strategically picked with
