I wish for all of us to have the self assuredness of cats. They accept affection and love on their own terms. They sleep when they need to sleep. They play when they need to play. They always take up the space they need and autonomy they deserve. Even if they only weigh on average eight pounds. If you weigh more than 100 pounds, then you weigh more than 12 housecats.
