Coedcanlas Marmalade Inspirational winemakingRichly amber, delicious bittersweet and zingy. This soft set marmalade is the result of time, patience and the finest organic ingredients. During the winter months, the bees and beekeepers of Coedcanlas await the warmth of spring, and turn their attention to the arrival of Amadora's seville oranges. For a short time, it is marmalade season. The oranges are slowly baked, sliced by hand and gently cooked in large copper pans. They add only organic Cuban
