Meltwater Sauvignon Blanc 2025 Black Cow vanilla and light cinnamon balancedThe Meltwater is a Classic Marlborough Sauvignon. Harvested in the cool of early morning. Ripe with flavours tending towards the sour citrus spectrum. The grapes were gently pressed and the juice allowed to ferment to dryness with indigenous yeast, in small stainless steel tanks.
