Somos Biodynamic Aglianico 2019 Peche This triple distilled Limited ReleaseThe Aglianico for this wine was farmed Biodynamically and picked in April when it was quite cold. Roughly 25% of fruit were kept as whole bunches and a carbonic maceration ensued. The grapes were basket pressed before fermentation was completed to avoid the full Aglianico grip.
