We've been searching high and low for another supplier, and we've finally found one. It's a high altitude bean with great flavour and sweetness that works really well with milk. We've roasted this one to just before second crack, so you get plenty of caramel and brown sugar with a hint of chocolate. Processing Method: Washed How we brew it:
