Circle Skirt - Vintage Fabric (XL) Handknit Laid flat height (excluding brim)A well made circle skirt with elastic waist plus zip, and lovely pleated ruffle at the hem. Made from vintage fabric cotton or polycotton perhaps as it looks like it might have been a sheet or tablecloth in another life. Very hard to find cool pieces in larger sizes, so don't delay! Too big for a size 14, I estimate best fit 16 18, however it might even work for slightly larger than that. Please check out measurements below: Waist (Laid flat
