Mondillo Ros is produced from 100% Pinot Noir grapes from a defined parcel of the vineyard grown specifically for our Ros. The single clone selected offers this wine red fruit flavours with a mid palate lusciousness and fruit sweetness. Left on the skins for a few days to establish the vibrant cerise pink colour.
