ヴィンテージ・レポート： 2012 年は、気温が通常よりも大幅に高かったり低かったりと変動し、複雑な年でした。4 月の多雨による生育期の不安なスタートの後は、寄生虫や病気に対する防護の観点からは特に問題はありませんでした。これには、特に暑かった8 月も一因となっています。フェラーリ・ペルレ・ロゼ専用のブドウ畑での収穫は最近の年と同様に8 月28 日に始まり、非常に短期間で集中的に行われました。収穫時のブドウの質は優れており、房が通常よりも軽く密でなかったため、収穫量は平均を下回りました。
