Every one of the matching pendants is perforated through the top and bottom edges for suspension

along with antique 18K gold spacer beads in the Etruscan style

some pitting to the body and loss to the rim otherwise intact and in very good condition overall

It has been stabilized with a modern gold band, allowing it to be worn as a ring. Condition: In fine condition.
