Maison Roche de Bellene Bourgogne Pinot Noir, Cuvée Réserve 2021 750ml Gamay Blend: ~70% GrenacheThe entry level red Burgundy comes from vineyards in the Cte de Beaune and Cte de Nuits. The vines range in age from 20 to 50 years and are farmed sustainably upon beds of limestone and clay. After a hand harvest the grapes undergo a brief maceration, then native yeast fermentation a gentle pressing followed by 100% malolactic fermentation. The wine is then matured on its fine lees in used French oak before being bottled with no fining and light
