Cameronbridge 'Cadenhead' 1989 / 29 years old 57.8% Strength:57.8% becoming honeyed and again aDistilled at Scotland's largest grain distillery, Cameronbridge in Fife, this is an excellent example of old grain whisky. Rich and spicy aromas with cocoa powder, crystalised ginger, and ripe plums. Thick and chewy on the palate with rye spice, honey butter and coconut flakes and cardamon pods emerging. Lemon butter, thick custard and steward rhubarb linger on the finish. A wonderfully decadent dram from the team at Wm. Cadenhead.
