Queen of Hearts by Kitty maximizer I tell her what IKitty is now 8 years old! For those of you just being introduced to her, Kitty was born with trisomy 21 aka Down syndrome. She had multiple heart defects forcing 3 heart surgeries as well as having other types of surgeries under her belt. Her last open heart was at age 5.
