Hilton Als Julian Schnabel: New Plate Paintings, published on the occasion of the 2017 exhibition at Pace in New York, collects a series of vibrant paintings inspired by the roses growing in the cemetery near Van Goghs grave in Auvers sur Oise, France. Alongside
