Chateau de Chamirey Mercurey Blanc Sauternes Whiffs of spiceLovely light gold hue with green undertones. The nose is intricate, intense, and netted. It begins with flavours of yellow fruit (apricot, mango, and exotic fruits), and later takes on a mineral and peppery flavour. Hawthorn like white flower fragrances are developed by the second nostril. The wine has a wonderful volume in the tongue. It has wonderful mineral flavours, a good acidity, and is persistent.
