Poems by Torquatus. Libya with the superb dust-jacket drawnLondon: Arrow Press, Charlotte St, W1, 1969. Slim book of poetry by the unidentified "Torquatus". Orig cream borders in a very jazzy, silver dust jacket overprinted in blood red. A printed notice at the front, by S. A. Gitta, dated April 1969, tells us, "These poems are some of those written over a period of twenty one years by my friend Torquatus, who finally died on 1st January 1969". I like the 'finally'!
