Glenury Royal 'Gordon & MacPhail' 1984 / 2012 46% Region:Highland southern SpainFounded in 1824 by Captain Robert Barclay, Glenury Royal was situated in the finishg port of Stonehaven, south of Aberdeen. After its closure in 1985, it was fully demolished and replaced by a housing development. All the remains of the distillery is a plaque on the base of the distilleries chimney. This is a very rare example of the distillery, bottled by Gordon & MacPhail and limited to just 430 bottles.
