It has been matured by Cadenhead to the ripe old age of 40, and bottled at an astonishing 61. 6% alcohol. Only 264 bottles are available worldwide. On the nose we find a distant smokeyness, bacon, and gooseberry jam. The palate is complex with toffee, butterscotch, and cinnamon. the finish develops flavours such as vanilla, chorizo, and cigar boxes.
